The Whispers Slow Jam Medley

2016 is not starting well for our classic R & B artists.  We lost Nicholas Caldwell, one of the founders of the Whispers.  He, along with Walter and Scotty Scott created one of the greatest R & B groups of all time.  They did it funky, and they did it with a slow groove.  History says that not many artists can do both.  From the funk side – And the Beat Goes On – Rock Steady – Keep On Lovin’ Me (that video just makes you smile,) to Say Yes – Lady – Just Gets Better With Time, this is an instance where it is ALL GOOD.
Nicholas co-wrote many of their hits, Lady and Say Yes are two of my favorites.  I decided to create a medley of some of my favorite slow jams from this iconic group.
