[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Tidings Of Jazz & Joy Tour 2017 will be hitting select cities through December. This is a good, diverse lineup for an evening of smooth jazz music.
Euge Groove
Mr. Groove will release a new album, Groove On, on November 17th. This saxophone player is the king of slunky music – Slow and funky – and he continues to give us great music. He has been in the business for 30 years, and he keeps getting better and better.
Keiko Matsui
Keiko Matsui is also a veteran in the industry. This pianist released her first album, A Drop of Water, in 1987. She has released more than 30 albums, and she has made numerous guest appearances on other albums. She has a unique sound, and her live shows are something to behold.
Lindsey Webster
Perhaps the top vocalist of the last two years, Lindsey has plenty of momentum right now. Her latest release, Back To Your Heart has done well on the charts. Where Do You Want To Go is my favorite, but there are others that are also enjoyable. Webster also teamed up with Rick Braun on the track, Love Take Me, off his Around The Horn album. She has a smooth delivery that we have not heard since Sade.
Adam Hawley
If you like guitarists, Adam Hawley may be your man. This music instructor has played with some of music’s top artists, such as Dave Koz, Jennifer Lopez, Sheila E, The Manhattan Transfer, Natalie Cole and the Backstreet Boys. His Just The Beginning album spawned several hits, and “35th St. ft Eric Darius” had the longest run at #1 on Billboard in 2016.
I did say he was a music instructor! Adam teaches music at a few colleges in Southern California.
This tour is a must see if you love smooth jazz. Here are the dates for the Tidings Of Jazz & Joy Tour 2017:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]November 29th – Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
