The Pre-Sale Reservation Process

Guests on the '24 Sailing may rebook their current stateroom or reserve a stateroom for the '25 Sailing until January 24, 2024. While '24 Guests are going through their Rebooking Process, you can establish your priority for the '25 Cruises by completing a Pre-Sale Reservation. Pre-Sale Reservations will be activated in various waves in late January 2024. Once your Pre-Sale Reservation is activated, you may proceed to select any available stateroom and complete your reservation.

Pre-Sale Reservation Terms & Conditions

Making a Pre-Sale Reservation requires a deposit of $500/per stateroom, which will be applied towards the final cost. Only one cabinmate from each stateroom needs to sign up for a Pre-Sale Reservation at this time. All other cabinmate information will be collected during the stateroom selection process. Furthermore, the balance of the deposit will be due when you make your stateroom selection and complete your reservation. If you do not, for any reason, formalize a stateroom reservation, the deposit will be refunded.

When ready, click on the "Make Your Pre-Sale Reservation Now" bar below to proceed to complete a Pre-Sale Reservation for The Jazz Cruise '25.
Complete your Pre-Sale Reservation by signing into your Jazz Cruises Account and following the prompts.
- Past Guests – Enter your username and password you previously established for a past Jazz Cruises sailing. If you have forgotten your username and password or have never created a user name and password, please click "Forgot Your User Name or Password?" and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your credentials. Please do not click on REGISTER.
- New Guests – Click REGISTER to create a username and password.
