I contacted the hotel and the stated that this even was canceled and i need to know when will you contact us to let us know what is happening. Also you need to get a COVID test 5 days before you go or the will give it to you there and you did not even email us about this. I have been emailing you about this and i have NOT gotten a response back yet.

I feel the decision to take our deposits and transfer it to a future event shows a lack of compassion for your patrons. This is a worldwide pandemic which is out of our control. I was furloughed, am under physician orders not to travel anytime soon. The monies deposit on the 2020 event would have help during this crisis. The crisis did not affect Steve as he is a millionaire and does not wonder where his next meal is coming from, how he is going to pay his bills or worry about not having a job. Based on this decision I am now not a follower or patron of Steve Harvey anymore. I will furthermore let everyone know how he showed his lack of compassion towards human kind by keeping monies that people need during this crisis. All messages have gone unanswered and several links have been removed. The event is in less than a month and no one from the Steve Harvey group has had the courtesy to "officially" advise the event has been cancelled. They did however take time to let us know we would not be getting a refund and all monies would be put towards a future event and gave us the choice to transfer to another person. Basically laid the responsibility on us to try and figure our how to obtain our money back. I am "THROUGH" with Steve Harvey and will not ever again support anything he is involved with or in. His true feelings have been exhibited in the choice and actions taken regarding the this pandemic
How can I get my refund for the 2020 Sand and Soul Festival that was canceled?
Not sure. The main website says that all of the ticket holders were notified. It is unclear how to contact them. Maybe reply to the original email?
Will there be a cruise this year 2021 or 2022
