The Delaware Celebration of Jazz has been doing their thing since 1989, and their main goal has always been to raise money to help the Beebe Medical Foundation fund the Tunnell Cancer Center.
The Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival 2020 is their vehicle to help with that cause. They also work in the community by directing education programs, and supporting of non-profits.
Sounds like a winner to me.
