Award-winning songwriter/producer Kevin Stixx Marshall has teamed up with singer/songwriter Michelle Carter Williams on a stunning new independent single, “Fly”. The duo’s debut collaboration combines a soulful jazz experience with a classic rhythm and blues undertone to take listeners on a delightful musical excursion.
In 2002, Kevin helped Marcus Johnson establish Three Keys Music, a record label partnership with BET Networks co-founder Robert L. Johnson. Kevin parlayed the success of that label into procuring a deal with MHz Networks to become drummer and music collaborator for the hit TV show “8101” with Emmy nominated radio and TV personality Michel Wright. The urban-based, entertainment talk show reached more than 2 million viewers worldwide, and featured industry heavyweights in which Kevin collaborated with the likes of Regina Belle, Coolio, Eric Roberson, and Tony Terry, among others.
