LA Reid & Babyface in the Mix Artist Listing

A few weeks ago, BET Honors recognized LA Reid for his influence and contributions on the music business.  Although he is currently a music executive, back in the 1990’s, Reid and Babyface were two of the most in-demand producers of the time.

Before that, Reid got his start as the founding member of the Deele, who cranked out some serious late 80’s funk.

I thought it would be cool to put together a slow jam mix from the duo, showcasing some of the hits they created over the years.  This will be a who’s who of R&B’s hottest artists.  We will have Toni Braxton, Karyn White, After 7, Tevin Campbell, and of course, Babyface.  We might even have a track from the Deele!  If it was written, produced, or performed, by LA Reid and/or Babyface, it will be a part of the mix!
