Jonathan Butler Concert Dates

I first got into Jonathan Butler when I heard the 1987 release, Jonathan Butler.  It is a hybrid R&B/Smooth Jazz Album.  Some of the great vocal songs on this effort included; I Miss Your Love Tonight, One More Dance, Take Good Care Of Me, Holding On, and the commercial mega-hit, Lies.  There were also some nice instrumental tracks, like Going Home and Barenese.

Since then, Butler has delivered hit after hit.  Some of the favorites include Sarah Sarah, Rio, and So Strong.  He has also collaborated with other artists, including Maysa, and Brian Culbertson.  Butler is on an excellent remake of All You Need Is Love, off of the Dave Koz album Collaborations: 25th Anniversary Collection.

Back in the Day, I actually went to a concert where Butler opened up for Whitney Houston.  Now, that was a show!

You will be able to hear many of the hits that made him famous, as he is on the road for some dates in October, November and December.
