This year he has reassembled his original holiday lineup – pianist David Benoit, trumpeter Rick Braun and acoustic guitarist Peter White – for the making of Dave Koz and Friends 20^th Anniversary Christmas, an album that features brand new recordings of classic Christmas songs.

Koz was also written into the Hallmark movie Sharing Christmas, which makes its debut December 10 on the Hallmark Channel. “The two main characters go on a date to a Dave Koz Christmas Concert. I had a big scene with the two stars, had to learn lines and was a nervous wreck. You have no idea. I’m at the point in my career where I have done this for a very long time, but I would have never thought that I would be acting in a Hallmark Christmas movie! But I love the challenge of something new.”
