If you will be in Southern California this October, you may want to consider heading out to Catalina Island for the Catalina Island JazzTrax Festival 2017. It is a quick 60 minute boat ride to the island. You can also be a baller and take the 15 minute helicopter ride. It is up to you. Once you are there, you can enjoy all of the relaxing activities that the island has to offer. They have several tours available, plenty of water activities, and of course, the spa.
Fun fact: People live on the island, and they do not get around the island in cars, they actually use golf carts. Many of them are actually tricked out. It is a sight to see!
The JazzTrax festival will be happening on two weekends. October 12-15, and October 19-22.
