We hope you all are safe and well.
Today we are happy to announce that the Westin room block for Getaway Guests is now live! Take advantage of our special group rates and stay where all the action takes place!
As a reminder, the Westin has automatically cancelled all existing June reservations, so you need to rebook now.
Here is the official word from Brian Culbertson:
Following the guidance of California health officials, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Napa Valley Jazz Getaway.
New dates for the 2020 Getaway will be Tuesday, November 10 – Friday, November 13.
Our hope is this delay leads to an even bigger celebration this fall. We can’t wait to gather and raise a glass together on the new dates!
At this time, we consider all ticket sales final.
Packages and Single Day tickets sold for the June dates will be honored for the November dates, with the exception of Single Day tickets purchased for Saturday, June 13. With no concert on Saturday, November 13, we will be refunding Single Day tickets purchased for June 13. New tickets will soon become available for purchase for the concert on Wednesday, November 10.
If you booked a room at the Westin, all reservations will automatically be cancelled for the June dates, at no expense to our guests. New reservations for November dates are required, and once we have the updated booking link from the Westin, we will circulate it to everyone.
We are excited that we expect minimal changes to our artist line up: Boney James, Incognito, Lindsey Webster, and many others are confirmed for the new dates. Please stay tuned for a revised schedule soon.
The COVID-19 outbreak has us re-aligning all our policies and practices for Jazz Getaway events to make sure that you, our artists, partners and staff have a safe and enjoyable experience. In the coming months we look forward to sharing specifics about those practices as we approach November.
